The interior of the restaurant, which has 11 counter seats and two table seats, has a chic and calm atmosphere with a black motif. Since it is very common to use the order pad in japanese restaurant, you can see, there are quite a lot of options of ramen and prices are ranging from 1,250 JP¥ to 2,050 JP¥. Ah, remember to switch to English language first.

I ordered and within 5 minutes of sitting down, the ramen was brought to our table. A dish with such a bold appearance that it was hard to believe it was ramen! Pink meat spilled out onto the edge of the bowl, and in the middle was not noodles… but fried burdock! What’s more, the soup was cloudy white, so you couldn’t see anything inside. I’ve never seen such artistic ramen before!

The rich white soup is made using only Sakurajima chicken from Kagoshima prefecture, and has been carefully prepared for 12 hours. Just before serving, it is mixed with soup made from dried sardines from Kyushu, giving it a lively aroma. Gently scoop up the milky white soup with beautiful fine bubbles and take a sip. It’s creamy to the palate, and it’s like drinking a potage! There’s no impurities, and the high-quality chicken flavor is rich! And yet it’s not too heavy, and the elegant aftertaste lingers forever, leaving you feeling satisfied.

Next, I take a bite of the noodles. They are medium-thin with a chewy texture, and go perfectly with the soup. They are smooth and delicious to slurp. Then I take a bite of the signature burdock. The burdock is thinly sliced and deep fried, giving it a crunchy texture that is enjoyable, and you are instantly enveloped in a fragrant aroma. If you dip it in the soup and eat it, the texture changes, so you can enjoy it twice. The char siu pork, beautifully arranged along the edge of the bowl, is all soft and moist. Be sure to try the luxury of being able to enjoy all three types of pork, chicken, and duck at once!

In addition to the signature menu, the popular dish is “Shellfish and Seafood Soup Soba.” In stark contrast to the gorgeous visuals seen earlier, this bowl is topped with a large piece of seaweed, giving it a somewhat mysterious feel…!

I tentatively peeled back the seaweed and was enveloped in the soft aroma of seafood, which made me feel happy. Apparently this presentation was a clever way to lock in the aroma. It’s a really thoughtful touch.

“Shellfish and seafood broth soba” is made by combining seafood broth made from four kinds of seafood with a sauce that concentrates the flavor of shellfish.

The soup is made with four kinds of seafood and shellfish, and is based on a soy sauce sauce with a sweet Kansai-style flavor. It also has a subtle scent of yuzu, giving it a refined taste. The large piece of seaweed that covers the bowl can be torn off and dipped into the soup, which adds to the taste of the seashore and makes it even more delicious!

The seared meat sushi, which rivals the main course, is a must-order!

I also ordered the “grilled meat sushi,” which is a popular side dish! Made with domestic brisket and cooked rare, it is low in fat and rich in collagen. It was over 20cm long!

Picking it up with chopsticks, I was once again surprised at its length! It was just the right amount of rare, and melted in my mouth the moment I put it in. The sweetness of the fat and the rice blended together, making this a truly blissful bite. I was surprised at the high quality, which rivaled that of a meat specialty store, and I couldn’t believe it was a side dish at a ramen shop!

This time, two female editors visited the restaurant, and all the ramen is easy for women to eat, so we were able to finish it all without feeling heavy! There is always a line during lunch hours even on weekdays, so if you want to enjoy your meal at your own pace, we recommend visiting around 4pm. Please look forward to the next “Marunouchi Photogenic Gourmet Tour”!
