This ramen snack with soup that melts in your mouth is so authentic it’s crazy

On October 9th, a new confectionery store, “RAMEN CLUB Tokyo Station Store,” opened inside JR Tokyo Station.

The snacks on sale here are “evolved ramen snacks.” These snacks allow the flavor of the soup to spread in your mouth, so you can enjoy a slightly different flavor even among ramen-themed snacks!

A new ramen snack with an original soup that spreads in your mouth

The new snack food brand “RAMEN CLUB” opens a directly managed store, “RAMEN CLUB Tokyo Station Store”, inside JR Tokyo Station on Wednesday, October 9th.

Respecting Japan’s ramen culture, which is attracting attention from around the world, the new ramen snack was born after a year and six months of hard work, focusing on each element that makes up ramen – noodles, ingredients, and soup. One of its features is the new taste sensation that spreads inside the mouth with the original soup coated on the noodles, achieved by the “melt soup method,” a first in the snack industry in Japan. When the temperature in the mouth reaches about 33 degrees, the original soup coating the noodles spreads out.

In addition, they use several types of wheat flour to create their own noodles with the perfect combination for eating as a snack. These noodles are then “fried three times” and the ramen ingredients are vacuum fried to create a “crunchy and juicy” texture.

Tokyo Shoyu Ramen Snack

This is an evolved snack that pursues Tokyo soy sauce ramen, with an original soup that is characterized by the aroma of dried sardines and the umami of chicken, homemade medium-thick straight noodles, and five types of ingredients.

Sapporo Miso Ramen Snack

Price: 5 bags ¥1,080 (tax included), 8 bags ¥1,674 (tax included)

This evolved snack is a Sapporo miso ramen made with an original soup that uses garlic and pork to bring out the flavor of two types of miso, homemade medium-thick curly noodles, and four types of ingredients.

This ramen snack is likely to become a new Tokyo Station specialty, and I want to be one of the first to try it!
